All prospective members must be legally registered and operational in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

1. Job Creation with E-mobility: Must have created at least 100 new jobs in the e-mobility sector in the last 12 months or commit to creating at least 100 new jobs in the next 6 months.

2. E-mobility Infrastructure Provider: Must have installed or maintained at least 30 charging stations or battery swapping facilities in the last 12 months or commit to installing at least 30 in the next 6 months.

3. E-mobility Finance Provider: Must have provided financing for at least 100 e-mobility vehicle purchases in the last 12 months or commit to providing financing for at least 100 in the next 6 months.

4. E-mobility Manufacturer and Distributor: Must have manufactured or distributed at least 500 electric vehicles in the last 12 months or commit to manufacturing or distributing at least 500 in the next 6 months.

5. E-mobility Service Providers: Must have serviced or repaired at least 500 electric vehicles, or developed and deployed software solutions for at least 500 clients in the last 12 months or commit to doing so in the next 6 months.

Members must agree to share information requested by the association and comply with collective decisions made by the association that apply to all members.

Members are expected to actively participate in the association’s activities, including attending meetings, events, and contributing to initiatives and committees.

Members must demonstrate a commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility in their operations and business practices.

Members are required to pay an annual membership fee. This fee supports the association’s activities, events, and initiatives.
